Analysis of Influence of Miners Social Network Structure on the Coal Enterprise Safety Culture

Through field investigation, expert interview, questionnaire and other methods, it collected a large number of firsthand data. Moreover, it used the social network analysis tools and structural equation model to build the effect model of social networks of miners, information flow, energy flow and coal enterprise safety culture, then revealed the influence mechanism of this model. Finally, from the perspective of improving social networks of miners, it proposed the coping style of the improvement of coal mine culture level to put forward new ideas for mine safety management and promote the rapid development of coal enterprises.
