Comprehensive Control for H₂S Abnormal Emission in B₁₊₂ Coal Seam of Jiangou Mine East Wing

through the analysis of H₂S emission in B₁₊₂ coal seam of Jiangou Mine east wing, the position of H₂S source is determined, which is divided into upper, middle and lower three parts according to the spatial relationship. Different H₂S gas treatment program are designed according to their different source locations, that is negative pressure drainage in upper region, chemical liquid injection and negative pressure drainage in central region and the chemical liquid injection method using in lower region, and these three parts simultaneously treat H₂S gas. Through on-site monitoring, after using H₂S treatment program in chemical muetralization and physical negative pressure drainage method, H₂S gas concentration in return air downs to a safe level, which fully meets the needs of mine safety.
