Simulation on Angle Modulation Mechanism of Crawler Tunnel Drilling Rig

In order to meet the higher demand of users for integral drilling rig, ZDY6000LD(B) is developed by using new structure. A finite element model of the key parts of angle modulation mechanism is established and the analysis of mode and steady-state kinetics is carried out by ABAQUS software. The first 10 steps natural frequency and vibration mode are obtained, it can be used to evaluate angle modulation mechanism to meet the design requirements.
