Influencing Factors Analysis of Ground Pre-grouting and Stopping Slurry in Kilometer Deep Hole Based on Factor Analysis

The effect factors in the process of kilometer deep hole ground pre-grouting construction were analyzed in consideration of the diversity and complexity of stopping slurry construction by utilizing the method of factor analysis. Three public factors including geological factor (F₁), grouting parameters influencing factor (F₂) and stopping slurry targets factor (F₃) on behalf of the success rate in stopping slurry construction were extracted. As a case, the analysis of ground pre-grouting construction in Xinhu Coal Mine was carried out for Bozhou Coal, in which the feasibility of the proposed method was verified by utilizing the method of Factor Analysis.
