    Automatic Explosion-resistant Technology for Gas Extraction Pipeline

    • In order to improve the safety of gas extraction system, the article studied explosion resistant technology for the gas drainage pipeline. Infrared radiation generated by gas explosion was picked up by the triple infrared flame detectors, and the signal was sent to the PLC controller. The rapid hydraulic cut-off valve was droved by PLC, which cut off the gas pipe quickly and accurately. An explosion-resistant test model of gas drainage pipeline was established, and the reliability and rationality of explosion resistant technology was verified by the simulation test. Overall response time of explosion-resistant system is less than 100 ms, and the spread of flame in gas drainage pipeline can be prevented effectively.
