Detection Technology of Mine High-voltage Circuit Breaker Contact Characteristics

In this article, moving contact motion characteristics detection and signal processing circuit of the coal mine high-voltage circuit breaker was designed. Firstly, effect of high-voltage circuit breaker moving contact speed on the vacuum interrupter life was analyzed. Then according to mine high voltage circuit breaker trip and processor characteristics, the motion characteristics of the moving contact measurement and signal processing circuit was designed. Finally, with a combination of existing coal mines 40.5 kV high-voltage circuit breaker, the experimental system platform was set up, and the testing of the designed circuit was completed. The experimental results show that the design of the circuit meets the expected requirements.
