Optimized Design of Gas Extraction Throttling Device in Coal Mine

A new kind of throttling device was designed, which had new orifice plate with positioning feature and cancelled a heavy flange connection in overall combination; the up and down straight pipes of the throttle device used outer and inner circles embedded structure; orifice plate and measuring tube of the throttle device used the embedded structure; the gas nozzle had measurement and targeting capabilities, and had measured gas nozzle sealing cap with anti- lost function, the throttling device had characteristics of quick installation, easy disassembly, easy clean-up and calibration, low corrosion.
