  • In order to solve surrounding rock control problem of open-off cut with large section and thick roof in a coal Mine, this article analyzed the failure characteristics of open-off cut surrounding rock and interaction of anchor cable and pressure arch existed in roof, and calculated the surrounding rock damaged range by using mechanical theory. On the basis of previous studies, this paper researched the surrounding rock deformation situation under different support parameters by means of numerical simulation software FLAC3D.And compound pre-stressed support program was determined combined with field actual production geological conditions.
