  • In view of serious situation of national coal mine safety production and the problems of human unsafe behaviors, taking unsafe behaviors of coal workers as research objects, the relationship between safety psychology and unsafe behavior of people is obtained through the analysis of related mechanism of unsafe behavior and factors affecting people's unsafe behaviors. Based on this, the control countermeasures for unsafe behavior that improving mine safety consciousness in coal mine safety production, enhancing the role of the safety incentive on the miners' safety behaviors and improving the safety personality of miners' safety behaviors, improving the pertinence of miners' safety psychological education, training and practice are proposed.
