    Analysis of Production Capacity Fluctuation and Compensation During Transitional Period in Open-pit

    • The article puts forward some suggestions aiming at guaranteeing the follow of production capacity and equipment efficiency from the result of existing production capacity check based on the requirement of production during transition period of Heidaigou open-pit. The production of the pit, 32.73 Mt/a, satisfies the demand and the stripping capacity, 133.00 Mm3/a, meets requirement of the first panel ending slope and the second panel collocation during transitional period via the production accounting of each link in the pit. When the pit enters the second mining area, the stripping ratio increases significantly, it suggests the pit making full use of the production superimposed effect and increasing the amount of outsourcing to fulfill the demand of initial stage after the transition.
