    Gas Occurrence Laws Analysis at Ⅴ8 Coal Seam in Pingdingshan No.6 Coal Mine

    • Through the anlysis of coal geological exploration and drilling uncovering coal data, using coal seam gas occurrence laws and regression analysis,the gas occurrence laws in Ⅴ8 coal seam of Pingdingshan No.6 Coal Mine are analyzed, and the relationship between gas occurrence and content in coal seam and geological factors including burial depth of coal seam, floor elevation,coal seam thickness, roof and floor lithologic,geological structure is discussed. Comprehensive analysis shows that burial depth of coal seam is key factors affecting the gas content,geologic fault and roof and floor lithologic are key factors affecting the gas occurrence of Ⅴ8 coal seam.
