Application of Hydraulic Control Wheel Track in Large Dip Angle Working Face

The dip angle of coal seam in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine is bigger, when fully mechanized working face adopted support to install, the application of curve is difficulty. When the working face adopted traditional wheel track to adjust, manual operation was unconvenient in the process of construction, which caused a tremendous waste of human and material. Due to the application of mechanical car stopper, researchers need to install the car stopper under support, which brings disadvantages for the safety production. To solve above problems, Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine has been specially developed remote operation wheel track hydraulic adjustment and automatic reset car stopper. This device not only improves the underground transportation operation safety but also saves a lot of human resources and material resources.
