    Experimental Research of Coal Roof and Floor Broken Rock on CO2 Adsorption Characteristics

    • For revealing the adsorption characteristics of coal and shale on CO2, the main mechanism and influence factors of CO2 adsorption capacity was studied with theories. The paper studied coal and shale adsorbed CO2 gas phenomena by using WY-98A adsorption determinator systematically. Then the adsorption characteristics of CO2 had been obtained according to a large number of tests results, and different adsorption characteristics and change rules were analyzed. The absorption effect of the imitated coal and shale samples had been evaluated and a suitable model for describing the adsorption of CO2 about coal and shale were selected. Finally, the adsorbed amount of CO2 for 1 t coal and 1 t shale were calculated in Nanyangpo, Chensilou and Hongmiao mining areas. It is better to describe the CO2 adsorption about coal and shale by Dubinin-Astakhov(D-A).
