Practice of Gob-side Entry Driving Outburst Prevention in Xin'an Coal Mine

Through application effect investigation of gob-side entry driving for 14171 upper roadway in Xin'an Coal Mine, under the protection of gob relief zone, three kinds of protection method including regional forecast in heading face, advanced exploration holes and the reaching standard of gas drainage are used to evaluate eliminating outburst effect during driving roadway in outburst coal seam, which can ensure to achieve the purpose of outburst elimination and rapid driving under the safety environment of gob-side entry driving.
