    Application of Pressure Equalizing (Increasing) Technology for Fire Prevention and Extinguishing in 1001 Working Face

    • In this paper, conditions of Wuhushan Coal Mine, 1001 working face, poor oxygen of 1001 working face, overlimit conditions of CH4 and CO in 1001 workface were introduced. Aiming at the complex conditions of shallow burial, spontaneous combustion of coal seams, serious ground air leakage and impact of stratification old fire area, pressure equalizing (increasing) technology was applied for fire prevention and extinguishing, and the hazards of oxygen-depleted, coal spontaneous combustion in old goaf and overrun of CH4, CO in the 1001 workface were effectively solved.
