Abstract
Heat and water balance analysis of human body in mobile rescue capsule was analyzed. The moisture diffusion rate, sweating rate and skin wettedness of human body in rescue capsule at various air temperature and humidity were calculated. The results of calculation and analysis indicated that the design values of air temperature and humidity in rescue capsule are related to the everyday water supply of every person in rescue capsule. It is suggested that the design values of air temperature and humidity in rescue capsule should be determined based on the thermal comfort sensation and everyday water supply of every person. Adopting higher design value of air humidity at same air temperature can reduce the cooling load for dehumidification and the required cool storage capacity of the air conditioning system in rescue capsule.
