  • This paper took the coal mine low-pressure system as the study background.Based on security requirements of fast power off when failure occurred,the development of the three-phase AC solid-state semiconductor switch that was the circuit breaker status was explained.Compared the performance indicators,advantages and disadvantages of different semiconductor devices based on kinds of solid-state circuit breakers,a mathematical model based on IGBT solid-state circuit breaker was proposed.The result of theoretical calculations and simulation experiment showed that its full turn-off time td was less than 1ms,which met the technical requirements of fast power off.
