    Steel Tube Confined Concrete Supports (STCCS) Supporting Capability Test and Its Application in Dynamic Pressurized Roadway

    • Bearing capacity of steel tube confined concrete supports mainly depended on its compression performance and flexural properties. It experimental tested the compressive strength of steel tube confined concrete short columns and support arc segment flexural capacity through laboratory test. It also gave roadway steel tube confined concrete supports supporting design aiming at mining area up-hill which was affected severely by dynamic pressure. After supported the roadway surrounding rock was stable with little deformation.
