    Chemical Fiber Concrete Wet-spraying Technology in Deep Rock Roadway

    • Aiming at the phenomenon of severe cracked and exfoliated roadway surface spray layer in deep rock roadway of Cheji Coal Mine with the combined support of concrete and bolting wire mesh, which influenced by the higher ground stress, the characteristics and mechanism of concrete spray layer is analyzed, the technology of chemical fiber concrete wet-spraying is proposed to improve the quality of sprayed concrete, the raw material ratio, the equipment selection and the technological process are also determined. The field results show that the quality of sprayed concrete is higher by using the technology of chemical fiber concrete wet-spraying, the phenomenon of severe cracked and exfoliatedroadway surface spray layer are changed, and good effect is achieved.
