Analysis of "Three Points" Control and Management Methods in Coal Mine Safety Production

In this paper, it analyzed thousands of hidden dangers of coal mine in recent years, the results showed that the factors threatening underground safety production could be summed up as "Three Points"¹, namely "dangerous points, hazard points, high accident points". The "Three Points" were the key points, attention points and main control points of coal mine safety production. Effectively controlling the "Three Points" would be helpful to control the underground scene, and reduced the accidents.
