    Optimizing Design of Large Section Roadway Shape in Thick Sandstone

    • Taking a domestic large transport roadway mine as an example, using large geotechnical numerical calculation software to simulate two large section roadways with basically equal basal area, different cross section shape, through the stability analysis, it is concluded that the influence of cross-section shapes on roadway surrounding rock stress field, displacement field, deformation field, and the damage area, the paper selects good shape under the condition of the mine roadway stability, realizes the optimal selection of roadway shape.
