  • The management system of coal mine safety risk pre-control is to identify potential hazards of all work in coal mine, and to eliminate or control the sources of danger with pre-emptive measures, to achieve the goal of safe production. Through the application of the management system of coal mine safety risk pre-control in Shangwan Coal Mine, site management has reached the dynamic standard, the safety consciousness of all staff and the overall management level of coal mine have improved steadily, which ensures the safe production.
