  • By the analysis of seam permeability and gas flow rate, it concludes the emission mechanism that the effective emission radius of emissions drilling in vertical coal layer direction is generally less than the coal layer direction. The paper introduces the test principle of the drilling cuttings indicators. Through the measurement and analysis of drilling bits S value and drilling cuttings desorption indicators K1 value, the paper obtains the φ75 mm emission drilling effective emission radiuses of Xinglong Mine 11301 face in coal layer direction and vertical coal layer direction are 0.8 m, 0.5 m. Finally, emission radius and applications are designed according to the measurement results, the practice shows that the outburst prevention measures of emission drilling parameters and layout design are safe and reliable, simple.
