The paper analyzed the application of top coal caving method in Yangwangou Coal Mine from the working face layout, equipment selection, top coal caving technology and working face safety management. Combined with mine production practice, the paper optimized some technical schemes scientifically and summarized practice experiences that suited the special thick seam in Zhungeer.
