Application of Broken Belt Protection of Belt Conveyor in Coal Mine Safety

Through the accident reasons analysis of belt conveyor and the introduce of existing broken belt protection in our country, the paper points out an important role of broken belt protection in the coal mine safety. At the same time, the paper analyzes some advantages and disadvantages of the existing broken belt protection, which provides reasonable basis and improved direction for broken belt protection in coal mine safety.
