Design of Mobile Terminal for Mine Personnel Positioning Management System

This paper designs a mobile terminal to resolve the current problem that the mine personnel positioning management system only manages and inquirys in ground monitoring center. Some technologies are used fully in the terminal such as touch screen, the radio frequency identification, field-bus technique, database programming techniques and embedded technology etc. An extension communication gateway and the application software are developed in the EMB-4650, then the mobile terminal is well performed, which is portable, easy in use, and functional.
