Safety Management Capacity Evaluation Model and Method of Coal Mining Enterprise Based on DEA Theory

In order to scientifically evaluate the safety management capability of coal mining enterprises,the connotation and evaluation criteria system of it were clarified,and then the evaluation and ranking model were set up based on DEA theory.At the same time,the evaluation criteria system testified by empirical study has good applicability and effectiveness to reflect coal mining enterprises safety management capability.
