Study on the Design of Safety Culture Manual

Safety culture played a vital role in improving the safety performance of enterprises and reducing production accidents. As a visible manifestation, safety culture manual caused the attention of many enterprises and applications. However, the existing safety culture manual had some shortcomings, such as vague definition, no basis to follow for the manual content, manifestations were so many and scattered, etc. Aiming at these problems, it designed the pattern of safety culture manual, its content included accident causing theory, safety culture theory, injury and first aid in the production site, occupational safety and health service guide. It gave suggestions from printing size, page number, and illustrations in the form of the manual. It discussed the use and the effective range of safety culture manual, provided basis and reference for the compiling of enterprise safety culture manual.
