  • In this paper, it designed an automatic real-time monitoring system for coal mine air compressors based on NI CompactRI. It adopted NI CompactRIO as the core of the monitoring system, complete real-time detection, control and management for the running process of air compressor and related devices. It connected with the PC of monitoring center with the serial, the relevant parameter information was saved in the database of PC, which provided an accurate basis to realize remote monitoring and management of air compressor quickly.
