    Discussion on Psychological Hazards in Safety Management

    • The statistics showed that 90% safety accidents were caused by behavioral hazards. The emphasis of reducing safety accidents was to reduce behavioral hazards, which were caused by psychological hazards. Therefore, the key of decreasing safety accidents was to decrease psychological hazards. However, there was no definite provision about psychological hazards in current regulations, which made it difficult to investigate accident hazards. As a category, psychological hazards should be confirmed in the statutory level and investigated definitely to promote the identification of psychological hazards and the establishment of psychological hazards investigation mechanism. Thus the level of enterprise safety management could be improved.
