    Design and Manufacture of Ma-level Intrinsically Safe Miner's Lamp

    • This paper uses the relevant standards and regulations of explosive atmosphere as the theoretical basis for the design of Ma-level intrinsically safe miner's lamp, analyzes the difference between Ma-level and the present commonly-used miner's lamps, establishes the three-level protective scheme of Ma-level miner's lamp power, optimizes and designs the protective parameters of the system. Meanwhile, the paper takes measures on the rare power failures. This improves explosion-proof type of the miner's lamp in our country from special type (ExsI Mb) to intrinsically safe type (ExiaI Ma).
