    Safety Technology of Integrated Mechanized Tunneling in Single Thick Outburst Coal Seam

    • On the basis of coal and gas outburst mechanism and occurrence features, the paper researches and experiments with adjusting labor organizations, develops the calculation procedure for moraine head drilling construction slope, increasing pre-pumping borehole diameter, adopting the new sealing process, using DGC gas direct detector, adopting dual power drill, researching new digging machine and comprehensive safety technology which could cover temporary support device automatically, adopting regional comprehensive control measures digging after the first pumping. Through theoretical study and field test data analysis, the paper determines the safety technology of fast driving in a single outburst thick coal seam.
