Coal mine emergency guidance and information release system based on self-diagnostic LED display screen

  • A coal mine underground LED display terminal device with self diagnostic function was developed based on gray scanning algorithm; a set of coal mine emergency guidance and information release system has been formed by expanding voice broadcasting, wireless communication, upper computer and other equipment. The principle of gray scanning algorithm is introduced, and the hardware design and software design of the display screen are discussed in detail, as well as the structure and functions of the emergency guidance and information release system. The on-site test conducted in Daliuta Coal Mine showed that the system has solved the problems of simple underground information release equipment, limited communication means between the ground and underground, inability of workers to timely understand the safety conditions of the surrounding environment, failure to timely issue disaster warning and escape guidance information according to the plan when they encounter disasters, and loss of the best time for underground escape. The on-site application effect is good.
