    Design and system application of risk evaluation model for mining roadway stability

    • In the mining process of coal mine working face, complex geological conditions and mining methods lead to complex spatial and temporal relationship distribution of mining roadway damage. The coupling of various disaster-causing factors increases the risk of mining roadway. Many potential risk factors and their ambiguity will directly affect the accuracy of the stability evaluation of mining roadway. Therefore, aiming at the problem that the potential risk of coal mine roadway is difficult to be quantified and predicted, the risk factors affecting the stability of roadway are screened and extracted. The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) risk evaluation model and grey relational analysis (GRA) risk evaluation model are fused by fusion operator, and the FAHP-GRA dual algorithm structure model of mining roadway stability evaluation is constructed. The evaluation results are compared with the field engineering and corrected. According to the evaluation results, the main risk factors affecting the stability of mining roadway are found out, and the targeted risk control measures are put forward. The stability evaluation system of mining roadway based on FAHP-GRA fusion algorithm was developed to evaluate the mining roadway of 3−2A07 working face and 3−1116 working face in Luxi Coal Mine. The evaluation results were in high consistency with the monitoring situation of the field roadway, realizing the purpose of “effective evaluation, rapid diagnosis and accurate prevention” of the stability of mining roadway.
