煤层底板地面加固区域邻井注浆扰动钻探卡钻事故分析与处理
Analysis and treatment of drilling sticking accident disturbed by grouting in adjacent well in coal seam floor ground reinforcement area

摘要: 以赵固一矿地面加固区域内相邻分别正直施工的注浆井造成定向钻进井突发卡钻的事故为研究对象,详细介绍了卡钻事故发生过程、卡钻原因分析及卡钻事故处理过程,总结了卡钻事故预防及处理方法。卡钻事故发生及处理过程的教训与经验为类似邻井注浆扰动钻探卡钻事故预防、处理提供重要借鉴作用。Abstract: In the ground reinforcement area of Zhaogu No.1 mine, grouting well causes sudden sticking of adjacent directional drilling well, which is used as research object. We fully introduce the sticking accident process, causing reason of sticking accident, treatment process of sticking accident. Prevention and treatment methods are summarized. The lessons and experience from the occurrence and handling of the sticking accident provide an important reference for the prevention and treatment of sticking accident in similar accident.
