基于工业以太网的天祝煤矿斜巷多水平提升监控系统
Multi-level lifting monitoring system of inclined roadway in Tianzhu Coal Mine based on industrial Ethernet

摘要: 介绍了一种煤矿斜巷多水平提升监控系统在天祝煤矿斜井多水平提升中的应用情况,着重从系统结构、工作过程和创新应用进行简要阐述。该系统的应用有效降低了斜巷轨道运输中存在的设备隐患和提升时行人违章闯入的安全隐患,从技术层面解决了“行人不行车,行车不行人”的问题,为斜井提升的安全管理提供了良好的操作和管理平台。该系统操作简单方便,可靠性强,现场安全管理从“人防”转为“技防”,提升了矿井智能化、信息化水平。Abstract: This paper introduces the application of a monitoring system for multi-level lifting of inclined roadway in Tianzhu Coal Mine, and briefly expounds the system structure, working process and innovative application. The application of this system can effectively reduce the hidden danger of equipment in the track transportation of inclined lane and the hidden danger of pedestrians breaking into the rules and regulations during the lifting process, solve the problem of “pedestrians without driving, driving without pedestrians” from the technical level, and provide a good operation and management platform for the safety management of inclined shaft lifting.
