    Comprehensive treatment technology of scale in Fowa pump station of Xinjing Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对新景矿佛洼泵站设备结垢严重导致瓦斯抽采效率低下问题,开展泵站水垢综合治理技术研究。提出了除垢与阻垢相结合的治理方案,研制出具有水质在线监测与药剂自动投放功能的全自动在线除垢装置和阻垢装置,并对除垢、阻垢效果进行了实验室检测和现场工业试验验证。结果表明:“前期除垢、后期阻垢”的水垢治理方案可行,设备内部水垢清除彻底,阻垢后循环水水质明显改善,实现了瓦斯抽采泵站的无垢运行。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the fouling of the equipment at the Fowa pump station in Xinjing Coal Mine caused serious gas extraction inefficiencies, a comprehensive study on the scale control technology of the pumping station was carried out. A treatment plan combining descaling and scale inhibition was proposed, a fully automatic online descaling device and scale inhibition device with on-line water quality monitoring and automatic drug delivery function was developed, and the descaling and anti-scaling effects were tested in laboratory and verified by field industrial test. The results show that the scale treatment plan of “pre-scale removal and post-scale inhibition” is feasible, the scale inside the equipment is completely removed, and the water quality of the circulating water is significantly improved after scale inhibition. This scheme realizes the scale-free operation of gas extraction pumping stations.
