    Safety Evaluation and Application for Flying Gangue of Steeply Dipping Coal Seam Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

    • 摘要: 为解决大倾角煤层飞矸伤害安全评价等级难以判定的问题,利用模糊综合评价法建立大倾角煤层工作面飞矸安全评价模型。选取人、机、环、管理4个方面20个因素作为评价指标。运用指数标度法与层次分析法相结合的方法计算权重,专家打分法确定隶属函数并通过模糊综合评价法进行安全评价。应用此方法对艾维尔沟矿区新疆焦煤集团2130煤矿的25221工作面飞矸伤害进行安全评价,此方法的可行性与有效性得到验证,可作为大倾角煤层开采工作面飞矸安全评价及防护的依据。
      Abstract: In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to determine the safety evaluation grade of flying gangue damage in steeply dipping coal seam, a safety evaluation model of flying gangue in steeply dipping coal seam is established by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Twenty factors of human, machine, environment and management are selected as the evaluation indexes. The weights are calculated by the combination of the index scaling method and analytic hierarchy process. The membership function is determined by the expert scoring method, and the safety evaluation is carried out by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The method is applied to evaluate the safety of flying gangue in 25221 working face of 2130 Coal Mine of Xinjiang Coking Coal Group in Aweiergou Mining Area. The test process verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of this method, and the method can be used as a basis for safety evaluation and protection of flying gangue in working face of steeply dipping coal seam.
