    煤层瓦斯含量快速测定仪的研制与应用

    Development and application of a rapid measuring instrument for coal seam gas content

    • 摘要: 基于煤的瓦斯解吸速度法研制了一种以低功耗微处理器STM32F103RCT6为核心控制单元的CWH200型井下便携式煤层瓦斯含量快速测定仪。介绍了测定仪的理论公式和测定仪总体设计,详细说明了测定仪的硬件模块原理和软件流程。便携式煤层瓦斯含量快速测定仪2种量程自动切换,可在10 min内测出井下现场煤层瓦斯含量,测量结果可实时打印上传,提高了煤层瓦斯含量的测量效率。

       

      Abstract: Based on the gas desorption rate method of coal, a CWH200 underground portable coal seam gas content rapid measurement instrument with a low-power microprocessor STM32F103RCT6 as the core control unit has been developed. The theoretical formula and overall design of the measuring instrument is introduced, and the hardware module principle and software flow of the measuring instrument is explained in detail. The two ranges automatically switch and can measure the coal seam gas content in the underground site within 10 minutes. The measurement results can be printed and uploaded in real time, which improves the measurement efficiency of coal seam gas content.
