    基于铁谱监测技术的采煤机设备故障诊断

    Fault diagnosis of coal mining equipment based on ferrography monitoring technology

    • 摘要: 分析了采煤机齿轮失效磨损形式,设计了基于铁谱技术的在线油液监测装置;结合目前煤矿机电设备故障诊断的情况,利用黏度与水分的监测与分析、磨损碎屑的监测与分析对煤矿机电设备中的金属元素进行检测,由此快速、准确地检测出设备内部的故障情况;并对煤矿机电设备常见的齿轮故障情况提出了相应的铁谱监测方案和诊断方法。

       

      Abstract: This article analyzed the failure and wear forms of coal mining machine gears, and designed an online oil monitoring device based on ferrography technology; based on the current situation of fault diagnosis in coal mine electromechanical equipment, the monitoring and analysis of viscosity and moisture, as well as the monitoring and analysis of wear debris, are used to detect metal elements in coal mine electromechanical equipment, to quickly and accurately detect internal faults of the equipment; the corresponding ferrographic monitoring schemes and diagnostic methods were proposed for common gear faults in coal mine electromechanical equipment.
