露天矿山智能化评价体系研究

摘要: 针对我国露天矿山智能化评价体系没有统一标准,建设过程中缺少建设依据、评价准则等关键问题,开展露天矿山智能化评价体系的研究;提出的露天矿山智能化评价体系涵盖:8个一级评价指标,29个二级评价指标和1个系统融合因子;通过对露天矿山基础评价和系统融合性因子进行调节,给出了露天矿山智能化进程中的3个阶段:智能矿山准备阶段、追赶阶段和领跑阶段;根据评价体系和分级标准,对某特大型露天煤矿进行智能化分析研判。通过实地调研最终得出:大型露天矿智能化发展迅速,但仍处在智能化建设的准备阶段,正向着追赶阶段发展;目前该露天矿山智能化短板集中表现在穿爆系统、采运排系统、环境监测方面,在今后露天矿山在智能化建设方面应在上述3个方面持续发力。Abstract: In view of the lack of unified standards for the intelligent evaluation system of open-pit mines in our country, the lack of construction basis, evaluation criteria and other key issues in the construction process, research on the intelligent evaluation system of open-pit mines is carried out. An intelligent evaluation system for open-pit mines is proposed, covering: 8 first-level evaluation indicators, 29 second-level evaluation indicators and 1 system fusion factor. By adjusting the basic evaluation and system integration factors of the open-pit mine, three stages in the intelligentization process of the open-pit mine are given, namely, the intelligent mine preparation stage, the catch-up stage and the leading stage. According to the evaluation system and grading standards, an intelligent analysis and judgment of a large open-pit coal mine across the country was carried out. Through field research, it is finally concluded that the intelligentization of a large open-pit mine in Inner Mongolia is developing rapidly, but it is still in the preparation stage for intelligent construction, but it is developing towards the catch-up stage. At present, the intelligent shortcomings of the open-pit mine are concentrated in the blasting system, mining and transportation system, environmental monitoring and emergency management. In the future, the open-pit mine should continue to make efforts in the above four aspects in the intelligent construction.
