Abstract:
Taking 30104 transport roadway in Nanwasi Mine as research object, the stress concentration factor reaches 3.57 by the effect of dynamic pressure, the coal pillar is completely in plastic zone, which causes I-beam deformation. Therefore, aiming at the instability mechanism of surrounding rock of roadway, the combined support technology of roof grouting with water swelling anchor is proposed. Two side walls are strengthened by using resin anchor strengthen support technology. These practices point out that the violent displacement of the surrounding rock can be effectively controlled by using the combination technique of water swelling anchor and grouting reinforcement system, and good reinforcement effect can be achieved.
