梁宝寺煤矿孤岛面自燃危险区域划分

    Division of Spontaneous Combustion Danger Zone for Insular Face of Liangbaosi Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 基于理论分析和现场试验,得出3206和邻近采空区内的O2和CO浓度随距离的变化规律,在分析数据的基础上,提出回风邻近采空区顺槽内存在2个氧化带。对3206和邻近采空区岩石碎胀系数进行分析,结合通风系统压力分析漏风范围。最后,叠加漏风范围、浮煤分布和气体变化,把3206孤岛面自燃危险区域划分为动态危险区域和静态危险区域,结果显示,回风邻近采空区内的动态危险区域是该工作面的防灭火重点。

       

      Abstract: Based on theory analysis and field test, change laws of O2 and CO concentrations with the distance are obtained in 3206 and adjacent goafs. On the basis of analyzing datum, two oxidation zones which are located in the crossheading of return air adjacent goafs are presented. Rock bulking coefficient of 3206 and adjacent goafs is analyzed and air leakage boundary is obtained by combining ventilation system pressure. Finally, using the superposition of air leakage boundary, residual coal distribution and gas change, spontaneous combustion danger zone of 3206 insular face is divided into dynamic and static danger zones. The results show that dynamic danger zone of return air adjacent goafs is the emphasis of fire prevention and extinguishment in 3206 face.
