顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采有效半径的理论计算与现场应用

    Theoretical Calculation and Field Application on Effective Gas Drainage Radius in Borehole Along the Seam

    • 摘要: 顺层钻孔瓦斯抽采有效半径的确定直接影响着本煤层瓦斯抽采方案的设计及瓦斯抽采效果的考察。首先对瓦斯抽采影响半径和瓦斯抽采有效半径的概念进行了基本界定,并在此基础上探讨了瓦斯抽采过程中本煤层瓦斯流动的理论模型,确定了理想煤层条件和理想抽采条件下本煤层中瓦斯的流动方程及其边界条件。根据现场提供的相关瓦斯基础参数,通过matlab软件模拟计算出了大顺煤矿K7煤层进行本煤层瓦斯抽采在不同抽采时间下的有效半径,结合现场通过传统的相对瓦斯压力法实测所得的有效半径数据,对比分析了理论模拟计算和传统现场实测方法的差异性及其产生原因,进一步验证了该理论计算方法的可行性,为本煤层瓦斯抽采有效半径的确定提供了简捷快速的方法。

       

      Abstract: Gas extraction solution design and the investigation of the extraction effect in this coal seam is directly influenced by effective gas drainage radius in borehole along the seam. This paper, firstly, defines the concept of gas drainage radius of influence and effective gas drainage radius,on the basis of this, discusses the gas flow theory model in the gas drainage course in this coal seam, flowed equation and boundary conditions in ideal conditions were decided. According to site for relevant gas basic parameter data, obtains the effective gas drainage radius at different drainage time on K7 coal seam of Dashun Mine by using the matlab software. Combined the spot measured effective radius data through traditional relative gas pressure method, the differences and reasons of theoretical simulated calculation and traditional field measurement method are analyzed comparatively, furtherly the feasibility of this theoretical calculation are proved. This provides a simple and quick method for determining the effective gas drainage radius in this coal seam.
