Abstract: To reduce the occurrence of coal safety accidents, drawing lessons from the experience of management of Antaibao Open-pit, based on setting risk pre-control management system of Anjialing Open-pit, in accordance with its safety management, applying Daiming theory and computer technology, in order to realize the system and information management of assessment work about the safety accidents, the whole inspection and the coal mine safety quality standardization , the paper proposes a design of the advanced scientific risk pre-control management information system.
