Abstract:
Psychological contract is introduced to the coal mine safety management, based on the responsibility of employees in coal mining enterprises, this article attempts to construct assessment model of the psychological contract in the coal mine organizations, which is showed by using two-level fuzzy evaluation decision method to exam the state of psychological contract in one coal mine of Heilongjiang. Results show that psychological contract of the organization is in a general state, so the sense of responsibility of the mine workers should be improved. The example show that the fuzzy decision evaluation method has a certain feasibility and rationality to evaluate the state of the psychological contract .
