Abstract:
The coal reserves uner buildings accounts for more than 44% of the total workable reserves of Xinzhuchun Coal Mine, through paste backfilling mining technology, the coal is liberated. The empty-support distance between filling template and support is large in the process of backfill mining, and monomer column is used to support roof, which leads to great labor intensity and low efficiency. The paper researches and develops self-moving filling template and six-columns support to solve this problem. Mechanized mining backfilling technology is realized by compounding practice of template and support, which alleviates workers' labor intensity, work efficiency is improved nearly 4 times. Working resistance of single group support is determined as 4 350 kN though theoretical calculation and field measurement. The problem of roof control is solved effectively.
