超高巷道围岩塑性区工程响应特征及稳定控制
Engineering Response Characteristic and Stability Control of Surrounding Rock Mass Plastic Zone in Ultra-high Roadway

摘要: 以山西某矿回采巷道掘进过程中出现的巷道超高段(最高7.5 m)为研究对象,采用数值分析的手段演算了巷道高3.5~7.5 m过程中围岩塑性区的工程响应特征。描述了巷高变化过程中围岩破坏类型形式的转化过程。阐明了该类型巷道围岩控制的关键部位及支护思路,并提出了相应的支护技术。通过工程实践验证了该类型巷道支护的指导思想和支护技术的科学性,具体支护参数应视不同地质条件而定。Abstract: Taking the ultra-high roadway(7.5 m high) appeared in the process of roadway excavation in a mine of Shanxi as research object,engineering response characteristics of surrounding rock mass plastic zone of roadway height between 3.5~7.5 m is simulated with FLAC3D.Transformation process of surrounding rock destruction type in the change of roadway height is described. Key parts, support ideas of rock mass are also analyzed, and the supporting technology are proposed. The results of engineering practice prove that the guiding ideology and support technology are suitable to the ultra-high roadway, the specific parameters depend on different geological conditions.
