Abstract:
In order to determine the influence of continuous mining in 28th Mining Area on the surface building, based on the related knowledge of rock movement and groundwater dynamics, this paper uses the overlying quaternary confined aquifers in No. 9 coal seam as the objectives to study the impact of aquifer properties on surface subsidence by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The research results show that the relationship among surface subsidence, aquifer pressure and permeability coefficient is proportional under 28 mining area conditions. The influence of the aquifer thickness on the surface subsidence is a parabola, and when the thickness is 30 m, the surface subsidence is the largest. After the continuous mining in 28th mining area, the ground subsidence maximum value will continue to reduce than in the past, and it will not cause further damage to surface buildings.
