水分对阳泉3#煤力学性质影响研究

    The Influence Research of Moisture on Mechanical Properties of Yangquan No.3 Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为了获得水分对煤体力学性质的影响规律,为煤层注水防治冲击地压和煤与瓦斯突出的机理研究和注水参数的确定提供依据,模拟了水分对煤体弹性模量和抗压强度的影响。首先采用数值模拟的方法,模拟了注水后不同水分条件下煤体弹性模量的变化情况;实验模拟了不同水分、不同围压条件下煤体抗压强度的变化情况。结果表明,煤层注水后,在注水孔周围弹性模量有一定的降低,从740 MPa降到540 MPa,使弹性模量降低到原始煤体的60%左右,随着水分的增加,煤体抗压强度不断减小,煤体抗压强度和水分对应关系式为R=5.053 8e-0.169 7W,确定了煤层注水的合理水分为6%~8%。

       

      Abstract: In order to obtain the influence law of moisture on mechanical properties of coal, and provide the basis for the research of coal seam affusion to prevent and control percussive ground pressure and coal and gas outburst, the paper simulates the influence of moisture on modulus of elasticity and compression strength of coal. The paper uses the method of numerical simulation to simulate the change of elastic modulus of different moisture of coal after coal seam affusion; experimental simulates the change of compression strength of coal with different moisture and confining pressure. The results show that the elastic modulus becomes low around the injection hole after the coal seam affusion, from 740 MPa to 540 MPa, which makes the elastic modulus down to about 60% of the original coal body. As the increase of moisture,the compressive strength of the coal has been declined, the relational expression of compressive strength and moisture is R=5.053 8e-0.169 7W,and determines that the reasonable injection of coal seam affusion is 6%-8%.
